How do I unlock more topics?

Every topic in a mastery you own is open right away, there is no order to unlock. Own more masteries to open more topics.

What is a mastery, and how do I get more?

A Mastery is a themed set of 10 topics inside a domain like Body or Mind. You start with 3 based on the goals you pick. During onboarding, you may see a one-time offer to buy a larger Mastery Pack. Later, each Mastery costs 1,000 gold or 100 gems. A full domain costs 30% less than buying its remaining Masteries one by one. Premium does not unlock Masteries.

What is inside a topic?

Three parts: a lesson, a quiz, and a practice. They are independent, so you can start with any one of them in any order.

A short real-world action to apply the idea. Some are quick reflections, some are timed, and some ask you to commit now and come back later to log how it went.

What happens if I redo a topic?

Lessons are free to reread anytime and never pay a reward. The quiz pays in full the first time, nothing if you repeat it the same day, and in full again on a later day. Same-day repeats still count toward your streak.

How do hearts work?

You have 5 hearts. You lose one for a wrong answer in a lesson quiz (practices and daily challenges never cost hearts). One heart comes back every 4 hours, or you can refill instantly from the Shop. Premium members have unlimited hearts.

Complete at least one quiz, practice, or challenge each day. Reading a lesson on its own does not count. You’ll get a special celebration at 7, 30, 100, and 365 days.

No. Masteries are unlocked with gold or gems, not Premium. Every topic inside a mastery you own is already open to everyone, Premium or not.

A daily routine that turns lessons into habits. It includes your mood and steps check-ins, up to four practices you choose, and weekly goals. Finishing more in one day earns combo bonuses.

A practice we pick for you each day from the masteries you own. It is worth double XP and gold, and it is a good way to discover practices you haven’t tried yet.

Why does today’s practice sometimes repeat?

You get new practices first. Once you have tried them all, it starts bringing back ones you have done, never the same one twice within a week.

Where do my daily steps come from?

On phone you can link Apple Health or Health Connect and your steps fill in on their own. Without it, you log them yourself.

Why can’t I change my username?

To keep things stable for the people who follow you, your username can be changed once every 30 days.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, then Account details, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. This deletes your LeWell account and progress, but does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it through the store separately. Payment providers or legal requirements may retain limited records.
